Our products are carefully packaged and clearly labelled to avoid any damages. We are happy to replace defective goods, but unfortunately we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@houseofpiante.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
